La spedizione USA prevista arrivare settimana scorsa sarà qui presumibilmente mercoledì. Alitalia ha saltato un paio di voli. Ok. C’è anche un altro problema minore: abbiamo solo una settimana DC. La seconda arriverà con il successivo. Purtropppo è arrivata “lunga” per la partenza.

Domani ci arrivano spedizioni da tutti i distributori italiani – non per questo un arrivo enorme ma varie novità (tranne quelle che la Panini ha rimandato, ovviamente, e sono più d’una – ma ormai siamo abituati alle loro date di uscita “indicative, se va tutto bene… speriamo”).

La DC annuncia (sotto l’intero comunicato) ritardi in un largo numero di uscite. Altre uscite (ad esempio quelle del Batman Day) potrebbero subire un calo importante nei numeri (ovvero verranno prodotte in quantità minore, quindi allocate).

La situazione è generalizzata (grave penuria globale di materie prime: carta, plastica e non solo) e l’abbiamo già notata negli enormi ritardi (mesi) nelle forniture di cartoncini, buste e ristampe (Berserk, molti omnibus e altro). L’aggravarsi della situazione della pandemia negli USA crea ulteriore disagio, rallentando ancora il tutto. Insomma: ne avremo ancora per molti, molti mesi.

Per quanto ci riguarda cerchiamo di seguire il mercato e quel che succede ma c’è poco da fare se non attendere – a questo proposito, però, annunciamo anche che saremo molto più stretti del solito sulla politica delle cancellazioni. “È in ritardo” non sarà più una causa valida per cui renderemo una caparra – naturalmente dipenderà da caso a caso (soprattutto se per quel materiale c’è “coda” di altri clienti in attesa) ma, in generale, prima di cancellare ragionate: c’è una lista d’attesa e siete in coda. Questo vale per gli accessori, soprattutto, ma anche per le ristampe (come detto: quelle di Berserk che devono arrivarci sono *centinaia*).

Comunque, segue il comunicato specifico DC che ci ha portato ad aggiungere queste considerazioni.

Shipping Updates

DC faces an unprecedented strain on the global supply chain, affecting all of us in the comic industry and beyond.

Up to this point, we’ve been able to keep delays and shortages to a minimum, but with recent notifications about covid-related port closures, international and domestic freight delays, workforce shortages, and a severely allocated paper supply, we are unable to continue to manage this situation without disruption. A list of updated release dates for affected titles is below, and we expect further shifts in the future. DC will communicate these moves clearly and quickly.

Please know that we are doing everything we can to keep a steady supply of product coming through the system until the supply chain strain begin to ease, but based on current industry feedback, this situation is likely to continue for several more months.

Abbiamo inserito l’order form USA di Settembre – la scadenza non è troppo in là, stavolta: il 21/09.

Occhio a due cose importanti:

• DC: è presente ma le immagini saranno caricate nei prossimi giorni
• Marvel: è presente come Marvel PRH a seguito del cambio distributore

Abbiamo inserito l’order form italiana, con scadenza domenica 29! Occhio che i tempi sono stretti (purtroppo in Agosto anche a noi arrivano molto tardi!).

Nel frattempo inoltre rammentate che martedì 24 è l’ultimo giorno per i preordini USA di agosto! Ovviamente poi mercoledì inseriremo i preordini USA di settembre (a dir la verità già pronti ma preferiamo non accavallare le order form!).

Stiamo inserendo l’order form di agosto, appena arrivata dai distributori. Nel frattempo, segue l’elenco delle ristampe annunciate che, come da prassi ormai consolidata, non inseriremo nell’order form stessa per non appesantirla.

Ieri abbiamo smistato un arrivo italiano abbastanza grosso per essere metà agosto – Akira #6 completa la serie (e la settimana prima le decine di copie della variant sauna dell’attacco dei giganti).

Abbiamo ora inserito l’arrivo USA della settimana prossima – al solito manca ancora la seconda settimana DC (che speriamo di avere per venerdì).

Abbiamo terminato lo smistamento USA (senza particolare problematiche a parte un omnibus mancante che cercheremo di recuperare)  e inserito in casella anche i fumetti del Free Comic Book Day (che è domani quindi possiamo ora spedire).

Inseriremo a chi ha effettuato almeno un ordine di materiale DC negli ultimi mesi anche gli albi del FCBD DC.

Abbiamo smistato un grosso arrivo italiano (che comprendeva le variant sauna 🙂 ) (in effetti il magazzino era una sauna… ma ok) e domani abbiamo ancora altre aggiunte (quindi occhio se volete farvi spedire!).

Domani (incredibilmente – ma questa dovrebbe essere la norma) consegnano la spedizione USA. Dovremmo finire di smistarla giovedì sera e a quel punto anche i fumetti del Free Comic Book Day saranno in casella e spedibili. Avrete anche notato qualche recupero. Abbiamo “procedurizzato” una serie di modalità per effettuarli: nel mcorso di Agosto recupereremo il possibile (o marcheremo come irreperibile) poi man mano che ci saranno mancanze o problematiche le recupereremo più in fretta!

Ah – noi non ci fermiamo mai. Però magari le spedizioni potrebbero non essere rapidissime perché ci limitiamo a pochi pacchi al giorno in questo periodo.

Ultimamente sulle spedizioni può capitare che siamo un po’ più lenti del solito – molte di quelle chieste dopo l’arrivo USA partiranno lunedì. Ci scusiamo ma il periodo è quello che è ma gli arrivi sono comunque continui!

Sulla dimensione delle caselle: non è per noi un grosso problema, in genere, tenervi da parte un po’ di materiale ma speriamo che nessuno raggiunga il livello di questo cliente (che aveva dei motivi per non potersi far spedire).

Abbiamo completato ieri lo smistamento USA dell’arrivo di fine Luglio e inserito oggi i nuovi arrivi di metà Agosto (solo domani ci sarà anche la seconda settimana DC quindi se manca qualche cosa aspettate). nel frattempo c’è anche stato un importante arrivo italiano. Tutto procede regolarmente!

Gira il mese ed ecco le statistiche, sia italiane che USA, dell’ordinato di Luglio.  Nessun numero assoluto, al solito, ma una percentuale del totale ordinato (come numero di copie).

Abbiamo inserito la nuova order form USA. È completa con la DC e la Marvel (che va cercata sotto “MARVEL PRH” perché ora la Diamond la ordina tramite Penguin – che è il nuovo distributore da Ottobre – noi la prendiamo direttamente da Penguin, ovviamente). Questo preordine è da chiudere entro il 24 Agosto.

Nel frattempo rammentate il preordine italiano da chiudere entro il 31 Luglio.

Scusate i pochi aggiornamenti… comunque un resoconto degli ultimi giorni:

• abbiamo effettuato molti recuperi USA che arriveranno nel corso di Agosto (cose vecchie o anche qualche recente mancanza)
• l’arrivo USA di questa settimana parrebbe arrivare a FCO giovedì, speriamo di averlo max lunedì
• gli arrivi italiani si susseguono abbastanza regolari (a parte qualche ritardo giornaliero per via dei corrieri nuovi di zona com’è normale durante le ferie estive per la loro ovvia alternanza in ferie)

Abbiamo inserito l’elenco degli arrivi USA. Manca ancora una settimana di quelli DC che inseriremo domani.

Sono presenti gli albi del FCBD ma, attenzione, non li spediremo pria del 13/08 perché il giorno in cui possono essere offerti è il 14/08 – tenetene conto se volete pianificare una spedizione.

Lo smistamento è stato effettuato senza particolari problemi (a parte qualche solita mancanza che abbiamo segnalato e stiamo recuperando). Nel frattempo stiamo anche effettuando man man diversi recuperi di materiale più e meno recente saltato nel corso del tempo per i cambi distributore della DC (e qualche altro pezzo).

Oggi consegnano gli arrivi USA di metà Luglio. Smisteremo nell’arco di oggi e domani. Stavolta sono stati veloci ma, in realtà, questo dovrebbe essere il tempo standard dell’arrivo. Speriamo bene per il futuro.

Abbiamo effettuato gli smistamenti italiani con vari arrivi appetibili (fortnite 6, death metal 5, per dire). Questa settimana abbiamo anche l’arrivo USA che pare essere già arrivato a FCO. Se integro (non parziale) e la dogana non crea ritardi dovremmo smistare a breve!

Ieri abbiamo chiuso lo smistamento USA senza praticamente nessun problema (anzi anche qualche sorpresa visto che c’era un pacco con alcune delle cose dimenticate indietro la spedizione precedente!).

Nel frattempo abbiamo anche inserito l’arrivo della prossima settimana (per gli arrivi DC completi potrebbe essere necessario attendere domani, la seconda settimana non me l’hanno ancora fatturata).

Abbiamo chiuso lo smistamento italiano – abbiamo anche quasi chiuso quello USA, lo completeremo domani pomeriggio (mattina impegnata in altro non rimandabile). C’è anche qualche cosa di USA di precedentemente mancante… evidentemente una scatola era solo rimasta indietro ma non sembra tutto, domani pomeriggio sapremo essere precisi. Non effettueremo alcuna spedizione mercoledì (non c’è tempo fisico!)
